The role requires at least a high school diploma, 3 months of related experience, and being 21+. Training in TIPS and Food Handler may be required; expect evenings and weekends and strong cash-handling skills.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Keeps the bar stations fully stocked (ice, mixes, garnishes, napkins, straws, etc.).
• Maintains overall cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of the workspace and adjacent areas.
• Prepares fruit garnishes for each shift and assists in bulk drink preparation.
• Assists bartenders with greeting guests and taking drink orders; may serve drinks and handle payments.
• Ensures equipment is functioning and inventory is stocked; coordinates with inventory control as needed.
• Notifies supervisor of problems, including intoxicated guests or underage customers.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
