Job summary

The Gilmore Collection is looking for a Bar Back in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Experience in a fast-paced bar environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in improving guest experience by anticipating needs.
• Handle beer kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda dispensers safely.
• Wash and sanitize glassware per health standards.
