Job summary

San Pablo Lytton Casino of the Lytton Rancheria is seeking a Beverage Attendant to maintain cleanliness and stock in the bar and beverage areas, assist bartenders, and deliver friendly guest service in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will perform daily bar pars, handle supplies, assist with garnishes, and ensure health standards are met. Must be 21+, complete RBS training within 60 days, read instructions, and work well with a team in a loud, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret basic operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service in a casino beverage setting.
• Maintain bar pars on a daily basis.
• Clean beverage areas, floors, drains, and mats behind bars.
• Receive, issue and track liquor supplies; stock and replenish beverages.
• Prepare garnishes and fruits for service.
• Assist bartenders as needed and serve as backup when required.
• Promote outstanding guest service and maintain a consistent attendance record.
