Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Must be able to have clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the bar stations fully stocked and provides coverage during meal periods.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and adjacent areas; ensures stations are ready for next shift.
• Prepares fruit garnishes and helps mix and prepare bulk recipes for volume sales.
• Assists Bartenders with greeting guests and taking drink orders; may serve drinks and handle payments.
• Ensures equipment functions properly and inventory is stocked; coordinates with management for restocking.
• Notifies supervisor of problems and underage guests; reports intoxicated patrons as required.
• Performs other duties to support efficient bar operations.
