Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Runner/Barback to support bartenders and service staff across bars, banquet facilities, hotels, and entertainment venues. You will help keep bars stocked, clean, and running efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role involves restocking supplies, delivering food and beverages, and assisting during high-volume service periods, with a focus on safety and sanitation. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is typically required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage service and bar operations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Bar Support: Restock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Food and Beverage Running: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests and service stations.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of bars, service stations, storage areas, and dining spaces.
• Guest Service: Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests.
• Inventory and Supplies: Receive and organize beverage deliveries and supplies; rotate stock.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures and report hazards.
