Job summary

Aramark is hiring a professional bartender to deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure, combining hospitality, beverage knowledge, and accuracy with money handling. You will craft cocktails, pour beer, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience
• Extensive knowledge of mixed drinks and POS systems
• Must be TIPS certified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pour drinks and draft beer
• Must be 18+ to ring alcoholic sales

Responsibilities

• Check patrons' identification to ensure minimum age for alcohol
• Prepare needed bar setup
• Maintain bar inventory (beer, liquor, wine, mixers, cups)
• Process cash sales and handle cash accurately
• Close out checks after payment
• Assist in bar setup and breakdown of equipment
• Serve and/or sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cheerful demeanor on duty
• Inventory stand sheet items and initial bar paperwork
• Calculate cash at end of shift and secure bank
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Handle opening and closing duties as directed
