Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brief staff before service, assign stations, and provide hands-on guidance during busy periods.
• Train new bartenders on drink recipes, pouring techniques, and customer service standards.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service, check guest IDs, and prevent service to intoxicated patrons.
• Monitor stock levels, restock bar stations, and conduct routine inventory checks.
• Oversee register drawers, reconcile daily shift sales, and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
