Job Summary

Manages the operations of concession bar locations and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manages the operations of multiple concession bar locations, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.

+ Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs in a professional manner.

+ Understands menu offerings, bar presentation and pricing.

+ Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.

+ Follows all stadium policies, levy policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines

+ Enforces the cash handling policy and CA liquor laws to all staff members

+ Demonstrate the ability to problem solve with guest needs, register malfunctions, ordering bar product, staffing needs, and more

+ Demonstrate professional radio and communication etiquette

+ Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and be standing on your feet for duration of the shift

+ Assist and delegate staff with setting up all bars, stocking product, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all locations during the week and during events

Qualifications

+ Minimum of one year leadership experience

+ Available to work Monday-Friday shifts 10am-5pm as needed for prep days

+ Must be available on weekends for event days and work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as required by business needs (especially Sunday Football)

+ Stamina to work 40+ hours per week or more as business dictates

+ Must be flexible with schedule and able to work late nights, weekends and holidays

+ Completes required company alcohol service training

+ Always on time and ready to perform all required duties in uniform

+ Lifts and transports up to 40 lbs of product.

+ Walks and stands during entire shift

+ Able to communicate effectively and professionally with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending English. Secondary languages not required but useful in our operations.

+ Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
