Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking friendly, service-oriented team members for an hourly, non-exempt bar position. You will provide attentive bar service, craft drinks to standard recipes, upsell menu items, and support servers to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Must commit to food safety and maintain a hospitable, collaborative environment. California-based applicants should expect compliance with wage and hour laws, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth through our Shift

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Experience with fast-paced service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations at the bar with friendly, prompt service.
• Craft drinks to standard recipes with safety and accuracy.
• Know menu details to upsell and answer questions.
• Support restaurant teammates as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist servers with beverage selections and offerings.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
