Job summary

PBR Atlanta, part of Professional Bull Riders, seeks an experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume venue. You will ensure service standards, supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive profitability through effective cost control and staffing decisions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with 1–2 years in restaurant management and fluent English; hospitality education preferred. Night/weekend work may be required, with potential events coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Hospitality management degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.
• Ensure all staff is properly trained and certified and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
• Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and respond appropriately to guest complaints; establish service recovery guidelines.
• Assist with creating innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items, increase sales, and guest patronage; participate in marketing programs.
• Assist in monitoring performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results; initiate corrective action as needed.
• Maintain procedures to ensure security and proper storage of inventory, equipment, and financial transactions; replenish supplies and minimize waste.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs; assist in preparing the annual operating budget.
• Ensure equipment is in proper operation and cleaned regularly.
• Ensure facilities are clean and stocked; support in scheduling and events.
