Job summary

University of Florida’s Levin College of Law seeks a Program Manager to support academic success and bar readiness from matriculation through licensure. You will advise, coach, teach, and help shape workshops, curricula, and resources in collaboration with faculty and external partners.

The role involves data analysis to identify at-risk students, alignment with accreditation standards, and ongoing program enhancement, including NextGen bar exam readiness. Equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience or equivalent.
• Admission to a State Bar.
• Demonstrated experience in academic support, bar preparation, or legal education.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic advising, coaching, and bar exam preparation to law students and graduates.
• Teach one or more academic success and/or bar preparation courses annually and design workshops and resources.
• Assist in strategic planning, data analysis, and program compliance related to academic success and bar readiness.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to support students at risk of underperformance.
• Perform other duties to further the Law School's academic success mission.
