Qualifications

• Substantial experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality or top cocktail bars.

• Proven leadership with independent decision-making and ownership of program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the cocktail concept for the opening.
• Lead the cocktail program, sourcing ingredients, techniques, and luxury expressions.
• Curate a luxury spirits collection and manage inventory and costs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing hospitality team.
