Responsibilities

• Oversee Bar Product and Profitability, including inventory, pricing, and COGS.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Cheba Hut policies.
• Uphold brand standards and provide shop support across locations.
• Lead bartender accountability, conduct monthly bar meetings and interviews.
• Drive bar sales through collaborative shop initiatives and events.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment, and bar flow during shifts.
