Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Rockledge, FL is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, contribute to guest satisfaction, and help drive sales in a fast-paced dining bar area. You will follow Ruby Tuesday recipes, maintain bar standards, and support dining room service as needed.

The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, compliance with alcohol regulations, upselling beverages, and delivering a high‑quality guest experience in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Knowledge of and ability to properly prepare mixed drinks and other beverages.
• Ability to understand and comply with alcohol serving regulations.
• Ability to process cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Attention to details with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Stock all liquors, beer, wines, mixes, garnishes, glassware and miscellaneous bar supplies.
• Follow CHARM service model to deliver a great Guest experience.
• Learn beverage recipes and menu to explain offerings and suggestively sell to Guests.
• Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality.
• Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures and proper food handling and safety regulations.
• Process guest checks and payments in compliance with policies and IRS regulations.
• Report tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Ruby Tuesday policies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
