Responsibilities

• Set up bar in compliance with policies and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean bar and proper trash removal.
• Stock liquors, beer, wines, mixes, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies.
• Follow brand service model to deliver a great Guest experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals to achieve Bar Tuesday Status.
• Learn beverage recipes and explain offerings to guests.
