Job summary

Must be at least 21 years old; no prior experience required. Must maintain cleanliness, handle cash, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Strong guest service and beverage knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Knowledge of and ability to properly prepare beverages.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar in compliance with brand standards and playbook.
• Maintain a clean bar, stock liquors, beers, wines, mixes, garnishes and glassware.
• Follow service model to deliver a great guest experience.
• Learn recipes and menu to explain offerings and suggestively sell.
• Prepare and serve drinks following policies, proper handling and safety standards.
• Process guest checks and payments in accordance with policies.
• Report incidents of excessive alcohol or impairment to management.
