Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Knowledge of and ability to properly prepare mixed drinks and other beverages.
• Ability to comply with alcohol serving regulations and cash handling policies.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar in compliance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean bar and stock liquors, beers, wines, and garnishes.
• Follow service model to deliver a great Guest experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and knowledge of beverage recipes.
• Prepare and serve drinks following policies and proper handling procedures.
• Notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption.
• Process guest checks and payments in compliance with policies.
• Report tips in accordance with IRS regulations.
• Serve beverages in line with Responsible Serving Statement and company policy.
