Responsibilities

• Prepare house-made cocktail components, including syrups, juices, and garnishes, according to established recipes and standards.
• Support Bartenders and Bar Leads by maintaining fully stocked and service-ready bar stations.
• Ensure bar prep, inventory, and presentation meet company and brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar prep areas, including the liquor room.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Anticipate the needs of the bar team and provide proactive support during prep and service.
• Maintain working knowledge of cocktail, spirit, and wine offerings to support service flow.
