Location: The Social Brews, Detroit, MI

Are you passionate about craft beer, artisan coffee, and creating memorable experiences? The Social Brews, Detroit’s unique blend of coffee shop and Self‑Pour tap room, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft beers, cocktails, and coffee beverages with expert knowledge and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, helping them explore new drink options and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for patrons and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience (craft beer knowledge is a plus!)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while keeping calm and organized.
• Must be 21+ and have (or be willing to obtain) TIPS or ServSafe certification.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

• Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time
• Pay: $7.00 - $12.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
