Job summary

Catch Hospitality Group in New York is seeking a Barback to join our high-volume, fine-dining team. You will assist the Bar Team, support inventory, and help ensure flawless service, contributing to memorable dining experiences for guests.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of Barback experience, be organized, reliable, able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends. This is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

The Bar Prep is a very important role in the restaurant where you are expected to support the Bar Team and assist with Inventory. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and working alongside our Bartender team. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of Barback experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
• Are organized and proficient at multitasking
• Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
