Job summary

Del Frisco's Restaurant Group is seeking a Bar Back to support our busy bar area. You will assist bartenders, stock the bar, and help ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Bar Back experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar establishment
• 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
• Be FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING, INCLUSIVE AND RESPECTFUL
• Team player with a guest-first attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a passion for great food and great fun

Responsibilities

• Provide bar back support in a high-volume dining/bar setting
• Assist bartenders with service and guest needs
• Stock and clean bar areas, glassware, garnishes and ice
• Support overall guest experience and team efficiency
