Job summary

Catch Hospitality Group in Scottsdale is seeking a Bar Prep team member to support the Bar Team and assist with inventory. You will contribute to a seamless service by following steps of service and working closely with the Bartender team to create memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Barback experience in a high-volume, fine dining setting, and demonstrate organization, multitasking, reliability, and flexibility to thrive under pressure and across days, nights, and

Responsibilities

The Bar Prep is a very important role in the restaurant where you are expected to support the Bar Team and assist with Inventory. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and working alongside our Bartender team. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of Barback experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
• Are organized and proficient at multitasking
• Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
