The role:

The Bar Prep is responsiblefor supporting the bar department and bar team in advance of the shift. This role involves bar setup, prep & stocking,batching cocktails, preparing juices and garnishes, organizing, maintainingoverall cleanliness, and ensuring the efficiency of the bar and surroundingareas. Bar prep additionally oversees receiving, storing, and dispersing goods to ensure that eachdepartment’s supply needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, helpingmaintain the restaurant to the highest standard of organization and inaccordance with Swinger’s standards and Department of Health guidelines.

Our perfectcandidate has:

• Minimum 6months experience in a busy environment
• Kitchenprep or line cook experience is a plus!
• TIPSalcohol certification
• Passionfor hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a highstandard
• The capability to meet the physical and schedulingdemands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy itemsfor extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
