Job summary

Swingers Boston is seeking a Barback to support the bar team in our Boston location. The role involves stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operation of the bar area while interacting with guests and supporting the bar staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months' barback or busser experience in a busy setting and hold a TIPS certification. This position requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers benefits and opportunities for growth within the
