• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas and related bar equipment.
• Complete required paperwork for bar transfers and deliveries.
• Set up and breakdown portable bars in designated areas.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or refer to management.
