Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a bar porter, barback, or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Team player with the bar and service team during busy operations.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring accurate and efficient drink orders.
• Monitor beverage inventory, restock bar supplies for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bar area, including top, glassware, and utensils.
• Collect used glassware, sanitize, and restock for immediate use.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly for a clean bar area.
• Greet and interact with guests, answering questions about beverages and casino information.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations including safe alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with bartenders and bar porters to provide exceptional service.
• Follow casino policies, including age verification and responsible service rules.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
