MGM Resorts International is seeking a Bar Porter at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. You will stock, maintain, and support beverage outlets, ensuring clean, well‑stocked bars and smooth operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain inventory, and handle glassware, condiments, and supplies.
• Keep beverage areas clean and organized, maintain equipment, sanitation, and floors.
• Complete bar transfers and dry stock paperwork as required.
• Maintain pars for liquor, beer, and supplies and reorder as needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas.
• Use correct access routes and elevators for deliveries to hotel areas and outlets.
• Organize pump rooms and storage areas and flag non-stock items for management.
• Resolve guest issues within authority or escalate to supervision when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

THE JOB:

As a Bar Porter at Mandalay Bay , you will play an essential role in keeping our vibrant beverage venues running seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will ensure our bars are fully stocked, impeccably maintained, and ready to deliver outstanding service. From replenishing glassware and beverage essentials to supporting our bartending teams, you will help create an energetic, polished atmosphere where every detail contributes to unforgettable guest experiences.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.55

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain assigned levels of inventory, including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including all related assigned bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation and work area, to include cleaning refrigerators, counter tops, and mopping floors
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
• Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed
• Responsible for set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas
• Ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets
• Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, including pump room products, storage rooms, and warehouses, and identify non-stock items and alert management as necessary
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
