Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Bossier ABO card.
• Possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Certification.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation.
• Ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy.
• Ability to pass a standard Mixology certification.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.
• Performs all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Works additional hours on short notice to accommodate staffing emergencies and high business levels.
• Maintains the stock and cleanliness of the bar areas.
• Follows all local and state liquor laws applicable to our operation.
• Ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
