Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is hiring a Bar Porter for our Ramsay Kitchen location. You will maintain bar cleanliness, remove trash, sweep and mop floors, and assist in deep cleaning and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires strong English communication, adherence to policies, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Alcohol awareness training may be required, and high school or equivalent education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.
• Work may require schedule flexibility including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bars including removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, removing mats, and cleaning surfaces.
• Deep clean bars weekly including wiping bottles, countertops, walls, and cleaning drains.
• Report to Food & Beverage Supervisor on duty for daily assignments.
• Remain aware of hotel happenings and operating hours of all outlets.
• Demonstrate Caesars values and guest service standards.
