Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Bar Helper to support bartenders behind the bar, stocking, cleaning and ensuring fast, friendly service during busy periods. You will handle stock, assist with guest requests, maintain a neat station, and work as part of a team to deliver the Caesars Spotlight 5 service behaviors.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility with nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock behind the bar and perform cleaning tasks.
• Maintain par stock on the assigned station.
• Retrieve guest requests and assist bartenders and beverage servers.
• Support fast service during busy times and keep work areas clean.
• Demonstrate Caesars Spotlight 5 behaviors: greet guests, smile, be upbeat, check for satisfaction, and say farewell.
