Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Bar Back to ensure an adequate supply of stock and glasses for the bar, assist with beverage deliveries, and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area. The role includes aiding in the setup and teardown of event bars, and completing opening and closing inventory.

Responsibilities include stocking bars, responding to bartender requests, retrieving supplies, washing glasses, and assisting with stock delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior beverage experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a Health card.
• Must understand, speak, read and write English.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean working bars in accordance with ABC and Health Department standards. Remove the trash and clean bars, mop and sweep the storeroom and walk-in coolers.
• Stock bars, respond to bartender requests for stock and check bar to monitor stock levels.
• Retrieve bar supplies from the storage area; stock and rotate the bar as required.
• Wash the glasses and ensure the ice bin is filled.
• Retrieve requested beverages from storagedock and manually push loaded carts to designated storage area and bars.
• Assist the bartenders and provide friendly, quick, professional service to guests and co-workers.

Job Summary

Perform duties to ensure adequate supply of stock and glasses for the bar. Assist with beverage deliveries and maintain cleanliness of the bar area. Aids in the set up and tear down of event bars including completing opening and closing inventory.

• Maintain clean working bars in accordance with ABC and Health Department standards. Remove the trash and clean bars, mop and sweep the storeroom and walk-in coolers. Remove all empty CO2 tanks, beer kegs and soda boxes to proper locations, deep cleaning of bars on both boats and land.
• Stock bars, respond to bartender requests for stock and check bar to monitor stock levels.
• Retrieve bar supplies from the storage area; stock and rotate the bar as required.
• Wash the glasses and ensure the ice bin is filled.
• Retrieve requested beverages from storagedock andmanually push loaded carts todesignatedstorage area and bars.
• Assist the bartenders.
• Smile and make eye contact when in contact withguest.
• Provide friendly, quick, professional service to guests and co-workers.
• Assist with the delivery of the stock.
• Clean and maintain break rooms (boat porters).
• Notify managers of equipment problems.
• Follow safety rules.
• Must be able to work various shifts and hoursto includeholidays and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Must be able to push garbagecartsand dollies on casino floor.
• Must be able to load ice, load beer, and glassware to stock at all bars.
• Must be able to scrub, mop and power wash mats and floors behind bars.
• Must be able to change garbage cans and dump garbage out on loading dock.
• Must be able to change soda bibs and liquor bottles in pump rooms.
• Must be able to lift a keg of beer that ways up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to change a keg of beer.

What You Will Need

• Prior beverage experience preferred.

Hourly Rate: $16.75 per hour
