Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States to lead daily facility operations across Arcade, F&B, and Track teams. You will drive staffing, scheduling, training, and guest service while controlling costs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States (per legal requirement).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Willing to work varied days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Restaurant or Family Entertainment Center management experience preferred.
