Responsibilities

• Ensure bar is clean and properly set up for shifts.
• Greet guests and promote house drinks; up-selling when possible.
• Prepare beverages according to procedures to control costs.
• Understand and apply state ABC regulations and alcohol awareness program.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and determine when service should cease.
