Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Mix and garnish beverages per recipes and portion standards.
• Present and serve beverages to guests.
• Check identifications and serve alcohol per laws and company policy.
• Process payments using POS and handle cash, cards, vouchers, etc.
• Stock and maintain bar supplies, glassware, and perishables.
• Ensure beverage quality and proper storage of perishables.
• Respond professionally to intoxicated guests as needed.
