Job summary

TEI Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, develop the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role collaborates with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Beverage to oversee inventory, staff development, beverage quality, and overall bar performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience leading a bartending team.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquor, beer, wine, and bar supply orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor pour costs.
• Review invoices and pricing with vendors.
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate bartenders.
• Prepare weekly schedules.
• Coordinate beverage education and new hire training.
• Partner with management on operations and maintenance.
• Support bar operations during events.
