Fogón and Lions, part of Concept 2 Table Hospitality Group, is seeking an energetic Bar Manager / Key Holder to lead the bar and delivery of an exceptional guest experience. You will guide a high-energy team, maintain standards, and own the operation while senior management is away.

We value strong leadership, guest relations, and knowledge of beverages, with a focus on building lasting relationships and driving profitability through hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous Bar Manager, Lead Bartender, Key Holder, or restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong bartending and beverage knowledge.
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop staff.
• Create an energetic, welcoming, and professional bar atmosphere.
• Build relationships with guests and develop regular customers.
• Maintain consistency and quality in cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Ensure service standards are followed consistently.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, product rotation, and storage.
• Control waste, over-pouring, comps, and product loss.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and labor management.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house leadership for seamless service.
