Job summary

K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in Atlanta, seeks a Bar Manager to lead beverage programs across three upscale venues. Craft innovative cocktails, curate wine lists, and oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost controls in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include training bar staff, collaborating with chefs on pairings, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and health regulations. Competitive base salary with bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale restaurant as a Beverage Director or Bar Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and develop a team.
• Attention to detail and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-end cocktail and wine programs tailored to each restaurant’s concept.
• Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Train and mentor bar teams to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in service.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to create pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the beverage program.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
