Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bar leadership in high-volume venues.
• Strong mixology knowledge and ability to train staff on cocktail execution.
• Proven experience with inventory, ordering, cost control and waste management.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced guest-facing environments.
• Ability to work onsite in nightlife, entertainment or hospitality.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak events.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations with consistent beverage quality and guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and develop bartenders and barbacks on service and menu knowledge.
• Manage bar scheduling, staffing, and shift deployment.
• Oversee inventory, weekly counts, variances, and ordering.
• Maintain cost controls through pour accuracy and waste reduction.
• Ensure health, safety and alcohol service compliance.
• Collaborate on menu updates and promotional events.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management for bar staff.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain POS accuracy.
• Assist with venue activations and large-party beverage logistics.
