Mosaic Ultra Lounge in Kansas City seeks an experienced bartender to deliver high-energy service behind the bar, crafting cocktails and serving wine and beer for a fast-paced, nightlife-focused venue.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in high-volume bars or nightclubs, strong liquor knowledge, and fluent English. Night/weekend shifts may be required; formal bartending training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience bartending at high-volume bars or nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware and garnishes.
• Formal bartending training preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Alcohol awareness certification or local health/food handler permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks per recipes.
• Serve wine, beer, and other beverages.
• Take beverage orders from staff or guests.
• Record orders and handle payments.
• Promote current promotions to guests.
