Randolph’s Bar and Lounge, located within the iconic Warwick Hotel, offers an elegant yet inviting atmosphere where guests enjoy classic cocktails, curated wines, and exceptional service. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and uphold the tradition of excellence our guests expect.

Position Summary:

As Bar Manager, you will oversee all operations at Randolph’s Bar and Lounge, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, smooth service, and strong financial performance. You’ll lead by example, mentor your team, and continuously elevate the beverage program to align with our brand and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bar and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and ambiance.
  • Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff, fostering a professional and motivated team.
  • Develop and maintain cocktail, wine, and spirits menus in collaboration with F&B leadership.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste and variance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments on events, promotions, and guest experiences.
  • Analyze sales and labor reports to optimize performance and meet revenue targets.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure the bar reflects the sophistication and charm of the Warwick Hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in an upscale hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, mixology, and current industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
