Job description

Job Duties Include:

  • Executing Fricker's unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
  • Driving positive sales growth.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment by following all food safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Maximizing staff performance through clear communication, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and policy enforcement.
  • Controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
  • Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training qualified individuals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
  • Steady employment history with at least two professional references.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude focused on customer service.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
