Job summary

SuViche Hospitality Group is seeking a beverage service professional to provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing high-quality drinks for guests at our bar and restaurant.

The role requires 21+ years of age and experience in front-of-house operations, cash handling and the ability to work 50–60 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain bar cleanliness and assist with guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age.
• At least three years of front-of-house service and/or assistant management experience.
• Excellent math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina to work 50–60 hours per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while delivering guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Record drink orders accurately in the register system.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and replenish snacks and garnishes.
• Provide a genuinely hospitable guest experience.
