Ideal candidates bring at least 2+ years in beverage supervision, strong knowledge of service standards, labor management, and inventory control, plus a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage or beverage supervision experience.
• Understands beverage operations, service standards, labor management, and inventory control.
• Holds a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge.
• Lead and support beverage teams, fostering accountability and teamwork.
• Elevate guest service to reflect the distinct atmosphere of each outlet.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cost-effective operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership during service to resolve guest concerns and maintain smooth operations.
• Adapt to changing business needs and provide leadership coverage where needed.
