Qualifications

• 1 year of bar/restaurant supervisor experience in a high volume bar setting.
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work during peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee bartender pouring levels and proper serving of drinks.
• Listen to customer and employee feedback to enhance service levels.
• Coach and train team members to enhance customer service standards.
