Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a bartender in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere.
• Must have classic cocktail knowledge.
• Bar Lead or supervisory experience.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a timely manner.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Training new staff members – bartenders, barbacks, bar prep.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep the team organized and positive.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Prepare, mix, and put together craft cocktails from scratch.
