Drury Hotels is hiring immediately for a team member who will support kitchen and bar operations on site in Montgomery, AL. Under supervision, you will prepare food per recipes, assist guests, and maintain a clean prep area while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Requires ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Requires ability to operate machines and equipment used, including but not limited to: POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment, etc.
• Requires ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members; ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism including bar guests.
• Requires ability to support bartender, but does not make or pour alcoholic beverages.
• Requires ability to clean and maintain areas for which responsible.
• Requires ability to effectively and efficiently move around bar and kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, prepares a variety of food products according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders.
• Maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Delivers food and assists guests while upholding Drury hospitality standards.
