Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC in Greenville, SC is hiring for a versatile bartender/cook role at the Kitchen+Bar. Under general supervision, you will open and close the bar, prep cook duties, and serve guests with hospitality and integrity in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One experience bartending required.
• Two or more years of bartender experience preferred.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and effective English communication.
• Ability to obtain and maintain company certifications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Kitchen+Bar following company policies.
• Maintain food prep and bar area in a clean, organized manner while serving guests.
• Provide hospitality with integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Answer questions about the hotel, area and events.
• Perform duties of bartender, prep cook and cocktail server as needed.
• Handle money, make change and operate cash register / POS systems.
