Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in teams to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel about 10% with some travel to Canada.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute bench-to-full-scale experiments including consumer testing.
• Build technical expertise in a specific area and lead portions of projects.
• Create and leverage internal/external networks to support work.
• Participate in pipeline building activities.
• Support prototyping and project work.
• Lead team projects to improve processes and train others.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Create product specifications and documentation.
• Manage analytical, shelf-life, and sensory evaluation.
