Job summary

Station Casinos’ Barley's is seeking a Bar Host for a part-time grave shift to greet guests, take drink orders, and prepare beverages in compliance with health and safety standards. You will assist beverage servers and ensure the bar is stocked, clean, and organized while maintaining excellent guest service.

You must be at least 21, able to communicate effectively, and capable of obtaining the required work cards and Gaming Registration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wines and spirits; cash handling experience.

Description:

Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers incompliance with all Company and health department standards andpolicies. Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation,Wildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assignedoutlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe workenvironment. Responsible for processing transactions using the Company'sP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Ensure that thebar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicateeffectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and GamingRegistration. Knowledge of wines and spirits. Must have cash handlingexperience. Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses,brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda,juice and liquor guns.
