Job summary

andCo Hospitality in Orlando, FL is seeking a Bar Host to be the heartbeat of our bar experience. You don’t need prior bar experience—just a positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn.

You’ll welcome guests, take beverage orders, serve drinks responsibly, keep the bar stocked and clean, assist with setup and breakdown, and support the team across shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be of legal drinking age.

Qualifications

• No prior bar experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays available.
• Experience in food/beverage or guest service is a plus.
• Certification in T.I.P.S. or ServeSafe a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy, kindness, and charm.
• Take beverage orders and serve drinks responsibly.
• Promote daily specials and make guests feel at home.
• Maintain bar area stocked, clean, and ready for action.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar.
• Support the team as needed and stay flexible.
• Follow state alcohol service guidelines (training provided).

• You’re of legal age to serve alcohol.

• You’re flexible with scheduling and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You’re comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 50 lbs during your shift.

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience in food, beverage, or guest service.
• T.I.P.S. or ServeSafe alcohol certification (or willingness to get one—we’ve got you).
